Register your VA

French division partnership requirements :

- being recorded in the VA System on HQ site and into the French Division,
- having an internet website available (operational without ad),
- having an email address, the last & first name of the CEO of the VA,
- having a logo for IvAe (size respecting 85 x 18 pixel format in .GIF extension),
- having an email address for the VA mailing list in order to receive communications,
- strictly complying with VA R&R,
- having a TS channel belonging to the VA on CC server,
- adding the IVAO VA certified logo on the website homepage (without modifying its size),
- ading a link pointing to the IVAO French Division
Note: The French Division can at any time give an end to the above partnership if the above requirements are not met.

HQ requirements :

The CEO of the VA should be :
- at least 18 years old
- have an IVAO account for at least 6 months
- no suspension record in the last 3 months
- at least ADC or PP rating and can have a maximum of 1 VA (per IVAO member)

- The Division HQ of the VA has to approve the VA before Operations Department does so
- The Division HQ can request to remove a VA from the system
- The same rules apply for military and civil VAs.
