Dynamic calendar

In this page, we will show you how to import the activities of the division (events, training sessions or ATC exams, etc.) onto your various digital calendars. As we cannot cover all providers of this service, you will find below the instructions for the most commonly used digital calendars.

The file used to synchronize the activities has the .ics extension and meets an international standard.

1 - Apple Calendar

In this chapter, we will detail the procedure for macOS and iOS devices. The process is substantially the same on iPadOS.

1.1 - Mac

1. Add a calendar to the account where you want the division's activities to appear.
2. Download the ICS file by clicking on this link.
3. Open the downloaded file, then select the calendar you created in step 1.
4. Confirm. The activities are now displayed!

1.2 - iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other.
2. Tap "Add Subscribed Calendar".
3. Enter: https://www.ivao.fr/en/api/ics.
4. Click "Next" then "Save".

2 - Google Calendar

1. Click on "+".
   

   

2. Then click on "From URL".
3. Enter: https://www.ivao.fr/en/api/ics.
