In order to facilitate the process, generic email addresses were created and linked to a management software (OTRS).
Writing a mail to any of the addresses below will generate a ticket in the software ensuring an efficient follow-up of current issues. You will receive the ticket number in an automatic reply to your email.
To facilitate tickets follow-up, please reply to the last received email including the ticket number in the subject field.
