Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Toulouse!
It's like a dream come true! You were teased about it, you have been looking forward to seeing this event, and here it is.
So take out your schedules, post-it, notes, and book with a HUGE red cross the 13th February 2021, because you will be busy flying between 12:00UTC and 18:00UTC.
This year, more than 100 flights will be available for booking. You cannot not find the one for you! Scheduled commercial flights, cargo, and more specifically you will get the chance to operate Airbus flights such as Beluga, delivery, and even test flights!
Finally, for those of you who prefer to fly VFR, Toulouse Approach and Toulouse Information frequencies will be different between 15:00UTC and 18:00UTC, and VFR flights will benefit from a dedicated "control" service.
Furthermore, in order for this RFE to be an unforgettable day on the occasion of IVAO France 20th birthday, we are very proud to announce that Aerosoft and TFDI Design will be by our sides to make this event a huge success and will award 3 IVAO members with 3 giveaways that will be issued after a draw at the end of the event for pilots and ATC who participated in the RFE (conditions are written below).

In order to enter the draws:
- You have to fill-in the google forms below (they will open on 13th February at 12:00UTC and close on 14th February at 22:00UTC);
- Have flown (from or towards LFBO) during the event (trackers will be checked) ;
The draws (two in total) will be performed after the event. The winners will be contacted by e-mail in following days, using the e-mail address entered in the form. Please check your spams!
Ready for take-off?
Dear pilots, don't forget to book your flight on the dedicated website, via the "Booking" tab. Be advised of the following rules:
- The flight booking system will be available as of 23rd January 2021 at 12:00UTC, with a maximum limit of two booked flights per pilot;
- You will have to confirm your booking before 8th February at 23:59UTC, otherwise, your booking will be canceled;
- A reminder e-mail will be sent to you on 5th February.
