You love the vibes on a cinema set? Want to hear the director shouting the famous "Action" ? Then you can't afford to miss the world famous Festival de Cannes. Bargain! That's great, we need you there anyway.

 PILOTS

As you can easily imagine, there are a lot of people to actually fly there, either using scheduled flights or charter flights bboked just to join the Mediterrannean coast.  Indeed, our favorite red-carpet stars want to make the most of that weekend, so that includes a few helicopter or small aircraft flights - we all do love to take of little Insta' pictures, don't we?

Go to the booking system (from 04/05)

Please note:

• You may book 2 flights maximum;
• Booking system will be available from 04/05/2022 at 00:00UTC ;
• Bookings are available from 04/05/2022 at 17:00UTC;
• After you booked a flight, you will need to confirm your booking. If you have done it by then, you will receive an reminder email, on 10/05/2022 at 08:00UTC (remember to check your spam folder, but don't hesitate to reach out if you still don't receive it) ;
• You must confirm your booking before 12/05/2022 at 00:00UTC. If you don't your booking will be automatically cancelled at the flight will be available for others to book. From that moment until you event, you will also be able to book more than 2 flights;
• You are allowed to use a similar aircraft than the one in your reservation.

Please remember when you are flying with us:

• Have your up-to-date AIRAC and charts ready;
• You may be asked to follow headings or to hold, be prepared;
  
• Pay attention not to obstruct an ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
• We stongly recommend to book a flight to join us on this event. However, you will be able to fly to/from Nice or Cannes without a booking but please note that the booked flight will take priority over yours, so we can meet the schedule; 
• Get some extra fuel in case you have to wait at some point;
• Enjoy ! :)

Event rules

This event will be awarded one point for the "Pilot event award"  for every pilot who have booked and actually flown at least one flight to Cannes (LFMD) or Nice (LFMN) during the timeframe of the event.
