POGO are standard routes linking aerodromes near to Paris. That is why you could see a Boeing 777 over Disneyland Paris, not more than flying between Paris Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris Orly.
Let's do it! France division invites you to improve your skills flying these tiny POGO procedures on Saturday 25th February, between 14:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC.
Several airports will be open for the whole event. You have to fly, whatever the way, between Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (LFPG) and Paris Orly (LFPO), or between Toussus-le-Noble (LFPN) and Pontoise (LFPT).
Every POGO procedure leads to vectors to the final approach axis. Be careful and follow the procedures as much as possible.
In your flight plan, you should write "DCT" in Route section (Section 15) and "RMK/POGO" in Remarks section (Section 18).
Please remember:
French IFR aeronautical charts: SIA website (AIP > eAIP France > Currently effective eAIP > AD2)
Paris FIR airfields: IVAO FR [FSX/P3D/XP/MSFS]
Pilots : Report your flight to get a point for the HQ Event Pilot Award. You have to fly between LFPG and LFPO, or between LFPT and LFPN, in either directions, within the timeframe of the event.
