Here is the most crucial information we can give you:

Areas involved: Marseille FIR and Warsaw TMA

Flight time: Around 2 hours

/!\ Booking a flight is MANDATORY if you want to take part in the event /!\

Please read this part:

• You can book only one flight;
  
• The booking system will be available from 16/04/2023 at 12:00 UTC ;
• Bookings will be open from 16/04/2023 at 12:00 UTC ;
• After having booked your flight, you will have to confirm it. If you have not done it already by then, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on 24/04/2023 at 12:00UTC (don't forget to check your spam and send us an e-mail if something is not right);
• You will have to confirm your booking before 27/04/2023 at 12:00UTC. If not done by then, your booking will be canceled and available for others to book;
• Bookings will be blocked after 27/04/2023 at 18:00 UTC;
• If there are no longer flights avail at a specific time, don't hesitate to send us an e-mail at fr-events@ivao.aero, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Remember:

• Be ready and have your charts;
• You will be asked to follow radar vectoring and potentially enter a holding;
• Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
• Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

This event will be awarded one point for the "Pilot Events" award for every pilot flying according to their reservation details made on the booking system during the timeframe of the event.
