Let's celebrate Airbus!
PILOTS
Expect a full ATC coverage on these airports. Airbus A319 and A320, ATR 42-500 and 72-600, but also Beluga aircrafts will be under the spotlights for this event.
Due to your own add-ons, you can use a similar aircraft to the one mentioned in your flightplan.
Due to the small structure of Albert and Saint-Nazaire airports, we create a booking system to avoid a huge amount of traffic on ground of these airport.

About the booking system:
- Booking will be available from Wednesday, October 25th at 19:00 UTC ;
- After having booked your flight, you will have to confirm it. If you have not done it already by then, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on Sunday, October 29th at 14:00 UTC (don't forget to check your spam and send us an e-mail if something is not right);
- You will have to confirm your booking before Thusday, November 2nd at 20:00 UTC. If not done by then, your booking will be canceled and available for others to book;
- Bookings will be blocked after the beginning of the event, on Satuday, November 4th at 14:00 UTC.
Two ways to participate of the event :
- Flying between Nantes (LFRS) and Toulouse (LFBO), whatever the way, with an Airbus aicraft. You must use a callsign AIBxxxx (called "Airbus")
Routes to use :
LFBO - LFRS: LACOU DCT CHALA DCT CNA DCT MANAK (Even FL, FL200 - FL280)
LFRS - LFBO: LUGEN UM184 TUPAR DCT CNA DCT UVELI DCT SECHE (Odd FL, FL210 - FL290) ; - Booking and flying according to the booking system.
Please remember:
- Be ready and have your charts;
- You will be asked to follow vectoring and potentially enter a holding;
- Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
- Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

Event rules
This event will be awarded one point for the Pilot Events award for every pilot flying according to his booking made on the booking system created for this event OR flying between Toulouse (LFBO) and Nantes (LFRS) whatever the way, during the event's timeframe.
