Secondary airfields around Paris
Something different
Are you tired of only flying to 4000m long runway airfields? We have something ready for you! On 8th June in the afternoon, between 12:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC, fly your favorite general aviation aircraft or helicopter between the three airfields we have included in this event.
PILOTS
You are to fly a local flight or a navigation flight between the following airfields: Paris-Saclay (LFPN, formerly known as Toussus), Saint-Cyr l'école (LFPZ) et l'héliport de Paris Issy les Moulineaux Valérie André (LFPI).
Caution:
- at LFPI, only helicopters are accepted ;
- at LFPZ, there are no IFR procedures, only VFR flights are accepted ;
Please remember:
- Be ready and have your charts onboard;
- Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
- Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

Event rules
This event will be awarded one point for the Pilot Events award for every pilot flying:
- VFR départing and arriving from one of the airfields cited above, local flights and circuit pattern flights being accepted, involving a flight lasting at least 30 minutes, during the event's timeframe;
- IFR arriving and departing, or the other way around, from LFPN during the event's timeframe.
