PILOTS
The principle for this event is extremely simple: fly from Paris Charles de Gaulle (LFPG) to bring athletes, workers, or spectators back home.
The other participating divisions have each chosen a destination airport to fly towards. You must perform a flight departing from Paris CDG (LFPG) towards any French airport, or one of the airports listed below:

About the booking system:
- Booking a flight is mandatory to benefit from an HQE point ;
- Booking will be available from 23rd August 2024 at 12:00 UTC ;
- After having booked your flight, you will have to confirm it. If you have not done it already by then, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on 8th September 2024 at 12:00 UTC (don't forget to check your spam and send us an e-mail if something is not right);
- You will have to confirm your booking before 12th September 2024 at 12:00 UTC. If not done by then, your booking(s) will be canceled;
- Bookings will be blocked after the beginning of the event, on 15th September 2024 at 13:00 UTC.
Please remember:
- Be ready and have your charts onboard;
- You will be asked to follow vectors and potentially enter a holding;
- Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
- Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

Event rules
This event will be awarded one point for the HQ Pilot Event award for every pilot flying from Paris Charles de Gaulle (LFPG) towards any French airport, or one of the international airports liste above during the timeframe of the event.
