You like old warbird ?

 PILOTS

Your mission : you must realise a flight in VFR rules using the military type (M) between EGKH and LFRD.

You will find all the needed informations in the pilot briefing available here.

• Pilots MUST register before the Event if they wish to gain SOD points.
• Pilots that wish to gain SO points after registration has closed must inform the XU or FR SO Department.
• You MUST fly the prescribed route VFR/M
• You can depart as part of the mass “Scramble” at 1745z
• You may fly in simulated daylight/ VMC, this must be annotated in your flight plan remarks
• Only Propeller driven Warbirds are permitted
• Formations/Groups will be permitted to participate.

Please remember:

• Be ready and have your charts onboard;
• You will be asked to follow vectors and potentially enter a holding;
• Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
• Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

Event rules

Pilots : This event will award one point towards the Division Pilote Event award for any pilot completing a flight from Headcorn (EGKH) to Dinard (LFRD) during the event timeframe and respecting the rules indicate in the pilot section.
