Atlantic Crossing Eastbound

The perfect time to fly your transatlantic flight toward Europe. Certainly, in real timetable, with full ATC coverage throughout the flight. Depart from New York JFK or Boston and decide either you want to land at Manchester, Amsterdam or Bordeaux !

Pilots who depart from any of the North American airports, will route via Shanwick/Gandar for the Atlantic crossing. During the course of the event, the majority of participating pilots from each of the divisions should merge to cross the Atlantic and arrive into the selected arrival airports. We would encourage pilots to fly in groups with their division to ensure the event is as fun as possible for all pilots.

The event will start at 22:00UTC. This is when the North American controllers will be logged on (at the latest). Our oceanic controllers will log on at 00:00UTC. The European divisions will start opening at 03:00UTC to prepare for the aircraft leaving the oceanic area.

In order to make the event work, it is essential that you fly the routes that will be provided here on the day of the event. Different departures will be required to fly on different NATs in order to make best use of the airspace. order to make the event work, it is essential that you fly the routes that will be provided here on the day of the event.
