About the booking system:
- Booking a flight is mandatory in order to receive the HQE point (see the Regulations section below). Without a booking, you will still be able to fly, but you will not have priority;
- Bookings will open from October 10th, 2026 at 09:00 UTC ;
- After booking your flight, you will need to confirm your booking. If you have not already done so, a reminder email will be sent to you on October 24th, 2026 at 10:00 UTC (please check your spam folder and feel free to email us if you still cannot find it);
- You must confirm your booking before October 28th, 2026 at 22:00 UTC. If you do not, your booking will be cancelled and the slot will become available for booking again;
- You will not be able to book more than one flight until October 28th, 2026 at 10:00 UTC. After this time, you will be able to book as many flights as you wish.
To fly on the event day and during the event time slot, it is mandatory to book a flight in advance through the booking system. If you have not made a booking, you will not have priority upon arrival or departure.
Also remember:
- Be ready and have your charts readily available;
- Upon arrival, you may be asked to follow vectors or enter a holding pattern;
- Be patient and be careful not to interrupt ongoing communications (especially when joining a frequency);
- Feel free to carry extra fuel;
- Most importantly: Enjoy! :)

Event rules
Pilots: This event will award one point for the Pilot Events award and the HQ Event Pilot award for any pilot completing a booked flight through the booking system during the event time slot.
ATC : This event will award one point for the ATC Events award and the HQ Event ATC award to any controller who is scheduled and controlling during the event.
Contest : This event will also feature a contest. The rules are simple: you must submit a photo of the event. The photo receiving the most heart reactions on the IVAO France Discord server will win the Division - Creativity badge. (Only one photo per person is allowed, so you will have to choose which one to submit.)
